The library is equipped with more than 2000 books on different subjects. It has sufficient sitting capacity where students as well as staff members read the books. 8 daily news papers of different languages are available with library. The library is further attached with EDUSAT lab as well as computer lab where students as well as staff members can take advantage of electronic media.
A library for the students and staff is available in the institute which has books of every trade.
Sh. Vijay Kumar librarian is managing the affairs of this library ,he is also looking after the On The Job Training of COE (Automobile) students he has done a remarkable work in the training and placement of COE students .He may be contacted on 94637-69087.
Training for National Cadet Corps is also being provided to willing students. At present students have been enrolled and these students are regularly taking part in Independence Day and Republic Day celebrations of the District.NCC has proved beneficial to the institute as the students learn discipline while getting training.
A club been established to develop the football & Punjab style kabaddi in particular and other games in general in Institute. Under the banner of this club the kabaddi and football teams are taking part in the tournament organized by other clubs/organizations. Tournaments are also being planned in the institute under the banner of this club where different clubs of area/state can participate.
Under Sarab Siksha Abhyan Govt. has established an EDUSAT lab in the institute where students can take advantage of latest available technology in the world by sitting in the room as well as they can put question online to get clarification of their questions.
Institute has managed to install 16 computers in two labs to upgrade the knowledge computers of all the students of the ITI irrespective of their trades. These labs have been established with a view that every student must be aware of about the basic knowledge.
A dispensary for giving first aid to all is also available in the institute.
